We’re always looking for what’s next.

We live in the future: planning, worrying, projecting. We get somewhere so we can get somewhere else.

This is never more evident than when we are driving. We drive to reach our destination – and the sooner the better. For some of us, this leads to speeding and tailgating. We curse the red lights that block our progress.

But what if we could enjoy the journey? What if we could be present when we drive?

What if we could thank the red light for giving us time to breathe and relax?

Mindful business owners know that happiness won’t be found at the destination. We can experience it only right here, right now.

Mindfulness practice changes our brains so that we can accept this.
